We review the scope, schedule, progress payments, logistics, and construction plan together. You'll meet your dedicated project manager, understand who's responsible for each detail, and receive a straightforward agreement.

WE MANAGE THE BUILD
Our team handles material ordering, scheduling, trade coordination, oversight, and day-to-day project management. Your primary contact keeps you informed about progress and anything that may affect the work.

CHANGES MADE CLEAR
Remodeling decisions sometimes evolve once construction begins. When you request a change, we explain how it affects the scope, cost, and schedule before moving forward—making adjustments easier to understand and approve.

We carefully inspect the completed work, review the finished space with you, answer operational questions, complete final details, and clean the areas we touched. Your project is then supported by our three-year workmanship warranty.
